Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. We specifically choose materials like stainless steel and sterling silver to ensure comfort for even the most sensitive skin types.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

No — our pieces are made with high-quality, tarnish-resistant materials. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its shine and finish for years. (We still recommend removing it before heavy workouts, swimming, or showering — just for longevity!)

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because of hygiene standards and our quality assurance process, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it — just contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Our jewelry is fulfilled and shipped through our trusted U.S. partner warehouse in California and Overseas. We hand-select every piece to ensure premium quality and a smooth delivery experience.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing your order shortly after it's placed, so cancellations or edits aren't guaranteed. Email us at support@tokandstone.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We currently do not offer custom gift wrap, but all of our jewelry is shipped in sleek, protective packaging — perfect for gifting right out of the box.
